Refund policy

At ZaifaCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
